Well, you don’t need help settling most cases but even the best litigators find that every now and again negotiations stall. It could be for any reason, here are just a few :-

  • You can’t get on with your opponent;
  • Your client has unrealistic expectations of the claim;
  • The other side are totally unrealistic or flatly deny that they owe you anything;
  • Your client says “it’s the principle”.
