Parties must sign and return the mediation agreement together with any supporting documents for me to read before the mediation.

To fix a date I use an on-line meeting scheduler called WhenIsGood.
Both parties receive an email with a link to the diary like this example - http://whenisgood.net/hpwtww
You visit the link, highlight the dates you and your client are available and click submit. Easy!
Once all parties have entered their dates I will fix the mediation for the earliest convenient date and notify you.
At the agreed time I will phone one party and commence the mediation. I continue to make calls between the parties as required.
The two hour period set aside for the mediation can be extended with the agreement of all parties at an extra fee of £60.00 plus VAT per party per hour.
