A 2 hour hour course covering:
- Risk analysis and decision trees;
- Position statements and opening statements;
- Mediation agreements;
- The timing of mediation;
- Persuading opponents to mediate
Representing your Client at Mediation – £299 plus VAT**
A 2 hour course covering:
- Delivering the opening statement;
- Negotiation strategies and techniques;
- What to do when negotiations stall;
- Testing proposed solutions;
- Knowing when to walk away.
