It’s a fact of life that not everybody will want to use my services as a Mediator. That does not mean I can’t help in other ways, see my expert witness joint report service. I can also help by finding a suitably qualified mediator for the dispute and take out the onerous leg work of arranging the mediation date.

Which Mediator should you use?

There are probably thousands of qualified mediators in the UK. However the number who regularly mediate is much smaller and the number who do not practice another profession at the same time is smaller still. You therefore have lots of choice and I will find out from you what factors are important and tailor the search to meet those needs and the needs of your opponent as they will have to agree the nomination. You can also instruct me jointly with your opponents to appoint a mediator if you are unable to reach agreement with them.
