Mediated Settlement Meetings
These fees are illustrative as the fee is dependent on factors other than just the amount involved in the dispute so please call for a quote and for other services.
Amount in dispute - Fee per party
upto £50,000 - £500 plus VAT (4 hour mediation*)
upto £150,000 - £800 plus VAT (8 hour mediation*)
over £150,000 - £1000 plus VAT (8 hour mediation*)
* additional hours £85 plus VAT per party
Telephone Mediation
£150 plus VAT per party (assuming two parties) for a two telephone mediation. Includes preparation time.
Fees are payable jointly by the parties in advance of the Mediation. The fees include preparation and travel and a Mediation meeting up to the duration stated. The fees will differ if there are more than two parties.
