I qualified as a Solicitor in 1991. I practised in Liverpool and Manchester for many years before moving with my family to Lancaster. I worked as a litigator in general litigation but specialised in personal injury claims. I completed my mediation training in 2006 and became a full time Professional Mediator in 2008.
I have acted as lead mediator in a wide range of disputes including commercial contract, partnership disputes, boundary disputes, personal injury, employment and workplace disputes.
I offer in-house CPD training for lawyers and have had many articles published on mediation.

If it matters to you then my favourite sports team is St Helens RLFC; I play golf at Silverdale; I walk the fells of the Lake District and apart from doing this job for the greater good I have three young children to feed and clothe.
