The information may have been included in the initial letter you received called the client care letter. Here are some things you might want to ask your lawyer:Is my case suitable for mediation?
Is mediation likely to save me any money?
Is mediation likely to save me any time?
Who pays the costs of the mediation?
What happens if the mediation fails?
Is there anything we can do if the other side say they won’t mediate?
